Field Trip Reservation Form

Beginning with the 2009-2010 school year, the Alf Engen Ski Museum will provide transportation funding for ONE bus per school.  Schools will be required to pay transportation costs for each additional trip. The maximum capacity of each field trip remains 60 students per visit.  Because of the popularity of our program and our focus on the fourth-grade curriculum, reservation priority will be given to fourth and fifth grade classes.  Field trips are conducted one day per week on either Wednesday or Friday mornings.
